We did a fresh install of the OS (os x 10.4.10) and a fresh install of FCP 6.0.1 and are having the problem where we open up a project at random times all the render files are gone.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the response. The problem that we are running into is we have a bunch of DVCPRO HD tapes that were shot over about a week span on one of our cameras (Panasonic AJ-HVF21G) and now when we go to play them in either of our Panasonic HD Decks (a 1400 and a 1200) we get error E-00, saying it’s a servo problem. The tapes play back fine in the camera so we’ve been dubbing them (from the camera to a deck) but wondering if there is any way to get them to play in one of our decks to save on tape stock and time.
