Not yet, but it may. Creative Cloud has quite a few new web development and web design tools (one reason why Fireworks was put out to pasture, Dreamweaver and Flash may be next) plus Adobe Story, the online screenwriting software service (I was debating between this and Celtx for use).

There’s also apparently large-file transfer and the ability to host up to five websites, but I just joined last month so I haven’t had the chance to look over everything. I’m still going through the tutorial videos in my CC website.
