Thanks for your replies. This is weird. Last night I had no keyframes. I rebooted last night and still no keyframes. I start the program this morning and I have keyframes! Maybe it is like cooking a steak. You need to let it “rest.” Thanks.

Well, I did it yesterday and so far so good, nothing negative from the client. The video looked great and played fine in the QT player.

WMP is not always the best player to use to review video. Have you tried something like the VLC Media Player?
