    mtv will accept mini dv.

if all your doing is 30 second spots, you may be able to send out data dvds of your hd edits.

    weird,

yeah, we dont have the budget to play it out to digibeta, animation codec is what we shoulda done, i guess.

will i have any issues, it looked squeezed when they were colorcorrecting, will i have to worry about it being stuck like that when I get the files back??

you can use the built in mic onm your mac to record test voice overs.

a few reality shows i’ve worked on, we’ve done just this, and in ever edit refined and refined to the point where the writers had a clue.

growing up in the pc world, macs can be counter intuitive by being….intuitive.

ive been using macs for about 5 years, exclusively and i still learn new things.

this tip literally saved my computer a night of rendering, and got a pain in the arse client, the shutup quickkly.

    thanks

yeah, thats the good way to go about it, i agree.

i was kinda hoping to just join up my mp4 clips, i believe there are a few pc programs that do this.

These people are very annoying, and need it fast, and I was hoping that something like this would do the trick, and I wouldnt have to go back to the high rez footage.

I think i’ll send my gear to iran. I bet a few 18 year olds, some film gear could make a hell of a film. what could these american kids do, make a movie about going to hot topic and eating hamburgers at the mall?

    lol

i cant stand emerson. I went to VFS (www.vfs.com), seemed like it had a lot less BS associated with it.

everyone from emerson is a reject, i know that sounds harsh. i’ve had to fire/let go every student from there i have had in the past 5 years. I wouldn’t trust that program to teach them how to use itunes!
