Yea, sounds like a bit of 2.5D sort of like AE. If Motion allows you to extrude illustrator layers, then I will be extremely impressed and very, very happy!!!

It may be under the hood and not a big-name feature. For the target audience Apple has, media manager doesn’t seem to be a big focus, but I bet it gets attention from the development department. I am looking forward to DVDSP4 next.
