Hi,

I am facing the same problem of no audio. I have imported an avi with audio. When I click play from the Time Control i don’t seem to hear the audio of the video. Although the last two options mentioned by you seem to work fine.

Need help.

I so much appreciate the help. I have installed after effects professional 7, for a while now. But somehow I am not being able to start the help feature. I did put a post regarding the same. But the help.html is not there in my installation folder. Instead, there is a help.xml and there is no way I am being able to use that. Without the help feature , i am as good as tied in the see of features.

If any pointers on that will help. Nevertheless thanks again for getting me started.

Another thing, I am using after affects 7.0 professional and I have a home.xml instead of a home.html. And i am not being able to open it using the F1 button in the editor.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the inputs. But i did try and look into the installation folder for the help.html, my installation path is a little different i.e C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 7.0\Support Files\Help\en_US. But the whole point is the help.html itself is missing.
I did try and reinstall as well but with the same result. I am not sure incase I am doing something wrong here.
