Hello Stephen,
When I looked into this the Color Grading Reel poster frame was updated correctly when you changed it. You probably still need to shift refresh in your browser since your browser is storing the old image in cache. The other Henry Walker Homes picon did have a problem which I just fixed, shift refreshing should show this update.

You can post it as a draft to preview. The moderation process does add to the time it takes to have your blog posted. If your blog does not appear it may have not been approved during the moderation process.
