Safari seems to try to download the files on the site instead of displaying them in the browser. I don’t see anything in the HTML code that would cause the problem there, and I don’t think it’s a problem with Safari as it doesn’t happen with any other site (that I’ve experienced). My guess is that it is an issue with the server the site is running on (Apache site settings or something).
Try contacting the server administrator and letting them know the issue.
