June 8, 2015 at 3:51 amYou can copy paste between timelines. I am doing that at the moment to conform four versions of a doco series. There have been all sorts of relink issues with an AAF where multicam has made it difficult to relink plus some other issues so it is easier to copy blocks that are common between timelines once I have sorted the primary version.
Resolve doesn’t let you have a whole lot of timelines open and be able to tab between but you can open, copy open another timeline and paste.

Starting with v12, there will be a way to nest multiple timelines and output one big file of an entire feature.Otherwise, as Michael says above, you can cut and paste entire timelines if you’re careful.

Worked out and was not complicated or anything.
