As reflector can a Foam board diy be ok? White? Silver?

Yes, diy is fine. Silver is more reflective, so you will get a stronger fill, but foam core is softer and IMO looks nicer. The upshot is that they’re both so inexpensive, there’s no reason not to make/buy both. ☺
