Hi try using MPEG streamclip, the format setting will be ‘windows media. The quality bar is grayed out but it will allow you to set your resolution.

*You will need Quicktime Pro to see the windows media option from the drop down, it will not show up otherwise.

    good luck

I just spoke with Tech Support at Telestream, they do not support Premiere Pro.

I realize this is over a year old and has been answered, but for someone like me doing a search on this topic today: Also try Smart Converter Pro. It’s all-inclusive so there’s no fiddling about with Flip4Mac/MPEG Stream Clip and you can do HD without having to get nickel and dimed by Telestream on upgrade pricing (it’s $14.99 – period).
