I want FCPX Library files to work on a NAS via AFP. NSF performance compared to AFP is a not good at all. Over GbE NFS can get about 38MB/s speeds vs 115MB/s for AFP. None of us can figure out why.

I know you want it in one shortcut, but if you hit SHIFT+TAB after hitting your shortcut for Effects Browser, you can get into the search bar without clicking.

Not bad, but it doesn’t help when the window is already open.

I guess I really want a shortcut for every “Find” bubble. If I just hit Command-f, it is now contextual to where I am in the UI.

This way I could hit the shortcut and start typing.
