Want to make a movie with jpeg sequences and need to know what to do to get smooth 24fps

Vegas isn’t going to change the length of a frame unless you have “Quantize to Frames” turned off (it defaults on).

I did the test and in a one-second region, I got 25 frames – which is correct because the one-second point is the first frame of the next second of timeline.

I did it again with a one-minute event. At 24 FPS I expected and got 1440 frames. I imported that sequence and it was a perfect match with the original event.

How long is the project and how far off is your sequence.

By the way, the first time I ran the test I forgot to set my project properties to 24FPS and generated 30 images per second.
