October 2, 2005 at 10:49 pmI am back and trying these methods too.
I go to file, import DVD Camcorder disc, and get to the disc, browse, and can see the two files, but it won’t let me open either one for import. On the other hand, I can import at the disc level, but it has not solved my problem of trying to get the VOBs to go on the timeline in their correct length. It may be that Panasonic recorder that is the problem.
I tried a normal DVD disc and imported it and the results were the same.
Thanks Alex, I will try that Videoredo to see what happens.

October 3, 2005 at 1:50 amYep, that’s what I did. The VOBs that come from the process still do not open on the time line in their full time. I think Alex is on to something about markers put on there by a Panasonic DVD recorder…or some other brand.
Normal DVD disks work perfectly, so I was just wondering why this funky DVD with the Video_RM and Video_TS was not working the same.
Thanks,
