Vegas 9c still with rendering issues

I have been editing with Vegas for 5-6 years and I have never had so many problems. Crashes, capture problems, render problems, weird artifacts showing up in rendered files. I use to live editing and production but with all of the technical issuse I am truly considering giving it up.

I have OS restart problem while rendering too.
Maybe sound silly but when i open PC case, pull case out od cabinet to lower all temps down it crushes less. I have AMD x4 940 and Scythe
“KATANA” cooler and if temp reach 60 °Con full load there is a big chance to chrush and restart, but when i open case an pull it out of mx PC desk temp is about 52°C and in most cases it render with no problems from mts to mpeg2 for DVD…
