Using DV on a 24P timeline

Do you guys think I should de interlace in PremierePro3 or AE or should I buy the Fields Kit plugin for the best results?

currently the only hd flavor that supports 60p is 720…. 720×1280 is half the frame resolution of 1080×1920 but is capable of double the frame rate… thus the same data rate/bandwidth or as i like to say pixels per second since video resolution is a combination of frame size and frames per second.
one day there will be 1080p60 or even better.
