April 29, 2017 at 6:06 pmHello Eric,
My videos are in 3840*2160, and my project is 3840×1646, so it’s just a cut in Y axe, no crop/zoom. -

April 30, 2017 at 8:24 pmMaybe that file is corrupt in a way?
What happens if you add that file to a brand new empty project?
I also would try to repack/remux it without reencoding:
ffmpeg -i that-file.mp4 -vcodec: copy -acodec: copy output.mp4
(or even to different container, say .mov)
See if that helps?Best regards

April 30, 2017 at 8:47 pmHello !
Tha’s what I did few days ago, vegas lossless (or close) conversion then it was ok.
And my last sequence was weird because on the same footage that I have cut (S) in the middle, first part was cropped and the 2nd, not !!! (same track of course)
So I deleted the first cut-part, recut the 2nd and find my start scene back.. and it was ok… even after aply 21/9 format…
Strange…
Here is one file :
Thank you because I’m curious.

April 30, 2017 at 8:58 pmJust thinking:
is that the last file from that cam? Is there a chance, that the cam was shut down abnormally?
(I think something like switching off before stopping REC, or run out of battery?)
I’m downloading your sample anyway…Best regards

May 1, 2017 at 8:40 amI tested your clip and I don’t see the problem.
Your clip 3840×2160 (16:9)
Your project 3840×1646 (21:9)
You will get pillarboxes or cropped image (if you match output aspect in pan/crop window)Everything works as it should.
