Upon Client’s dis-satisfaction with the work, Client may keep all materials and all original documents, files, and work by the Dummy and has absolutely no obligation to pay for the work because of the inconvenience Dummy has caused the Client. This work, or its fragments, may be used to the clients disposal.

The only thing I am not sure about this contract is: are we sure is just for beginners???
I’ve been working in this industry for 9 years and things didn’t change so much, not for me, nor for my friends editors…CM
