    1920×1080 29.97p DropFrame
    camera sources in the project (timeline) are mostly XDCAM HD422 1080p30 and EX 1080p30 and some elements that are ProRes 422

    Note, if you have a P timeline, and export to I, all will look (and be) P, but the container is I. Nothing will change to the footage. This is totally acceptable! (Remember, in the old days all commercials were shot on 35 mm.)

    Now if your cam originals are P, but your timeline is I, only stuff like moving graphics are different. (And smoother, better IMHO.)
    This is also totally acceptable.

    So, it’s not that hard. If it looks good, it is good.

    I was more concerned if you had a 23.98 timeline, but you are good here.

    If you really want to, you can copy/paste your Project in to a 1080i timeline and go from there.
