Hey Bob,
I don’t know how well the B&H oversees the forums for dirt kicking. Dirt Kicking is when someone from the competition logs on and talks disparagingly about their competition without revealing their motives. I know it happens. So, unfortunately, just because someone posts a dislike about a product or company, that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s true.
Countryman has always been very responsive to me. Maybe I’m just too much of a bother to ignore. 🙂
