2 21″ monitors:

left -menu bar, timeline. I do a lot of effects (14 video layers, 8 audio layers). cuts down on scrolling.

right – viewer, canvas, browser

Well it certainly is a brave new world out there. As for me I just can’t stand the menu above the Canvas/Viewer.
Just because I need all the screen real estate I can get. I rarely access the menu bar apart from FX so keep it with all of my open bins and audio mixer and scopes on the other side. This is just prime editing only mode. I have about 6 others that I use that put things all over the place, but this is my primary set up.

I’m not missing something here but why not just go into the screens preference and drag the menu bar from the right hand to the left hand monitor? worked for me years ago.
