It’s pricey but your clients on OSX will never know the difference. “Yes they will because Cinec is terrible. It looks the same on Windows machines but if you bring it to a Mac the gamma is way too dark. We stopped using it and started using a Mac for our mastering needs.

August 11, 2016 at 10:58 amYes, I’m looking a format for master files. I tried that DNxHR, and it looks promising. The Avid Meridien Compressed -codec supports non-standard resolutions. Other I think stretches to standard resolutions. Thank you!
