Taking a MC6 project offline for editing on the road?

Well actually, it doesn’t really make sense since all the files have an .mxf extension and I don’t know which are video and which are audio.

I guess I’ll just reconvert the audio for the proxies.

Sorry I missed this.

Open the Media tool. Select all drives + current project. Show master clips (only).

select all, transcode to a different drive; have it copy the audio as well.

Dupe the project and put it on the 2nd system.

Edit as you will.

Grab the bin, put it on the main system – it should just relink – if it has two copies of media you can relink specific to drive and/or resolution.

I get to select all from the Media Tool window but the transcode option isn’t available when right clicking…
