sony vegas correcting the graphics look :/

as you can see only on some scenes it make the graphics look ugly like that, and the graphics went 720p from 1080p because i changed it in the render settings, from HD 1080p (1920×1080) to HD 720 (1280×720) it doesn’t make difference to me, do you know does it make the video size smaller or no ?.

I downloaded and looked at the Youtube video frame by frame.
Not knowing what the source looks like I cannot comment much if at all but from frame 5 through 12 there is some big time contrast/sharpen/posterizing going on. I am not sure if this is what you state is the “bad” you want to get rid of. I don’t know if that visual is in the source video. Is that posterizing there or done in editing or happens in encoding or ?.

You could upload 28 the sem 28 seconds of your source to Youtube for comparison.

I don’t see any resampling ghosts, so it looks like you have resample disabled everywhere.

alright sir, thanks for your help :D, and yes i disabled all the resamples in my video, because i heard that it makes the video looks ugly but if i’m wrong correct me sir, and the original video without editing:

The unedited footage looks the same as edited. I am not sure how you uploaded the source footage to youtube. Did you bring it into Vegas and render the same as you did your edited footage? It looks likes you did.

If Vegas input and/or render is the source of the issue then both would/could get the same issues.

This video still has blurring of the text so it looks like it might still be the edited one. Your original screen shots had no blurring on the text so I do not think the original has blurring.

It looks like some of the posterization is occurring on and around gunfire hits/effects.

Since I am still a little short of information I can give you a couple of things to try of a general nature.

IF the problem is with the Xvid source decoding. You might try uninstalling whatever Video for Windows codec you installed to get Xvid to work and reinstalling it or trying a different Xvid codec. Windows does not support Xvid by default and Vegas does not install any codecs into Video for Windows so something was installed. Maybe your game recorder. Your video driver may have installed something.

Or transcode your AVI file to something Vegas can edit natively with Handbrake or cliptoolz convert or similar. Might be the simplest option.
