Sony Vegas 11 Choppy Renders

I will try messing with some of the gpu settings when I get back. Thanks for all the suggestions guys, and when I return home in about 4 days, I will get on those and report back.

Ok, turning off gpu acceleration did stop the lagging, but that was the main feature that I was interested in for Vegas 11. I am a little disappointed that it is not functioning properly, but if that is what it takes to work, then so be it.

I am having a similar problem. CanXA10 m2ts file, i need to render for broadcast and youtube, and when it is done rendering, it is choppy/ stutters. I would like to render to Main concept MP4.( it seems all broadcasters Im working with accept this format.)

Never had this problem til SVP11. Please help me too.

I ended up having to do a fresh install, and what seemed to be the culprit for me was the GPU rendering. I turned that off, and ya it slowed down render times, but they were smooth again. I was running crossfire’d 6850’s if that helps at all.

Thank you so much. I was having this same problem. and turning off gpu fixed it.
