Sony DVD Architect prepare and burning problems

It’s just under 2 hours long, and in DVD Architect says it takes up 6.7GB. The VIDEO_TS is 6.08GB.

Alex, all I can think of is that the original render may have gotten corrupted in some way, shape or form.
Try it again with a fresh render (give it a new name) and a brand new DVDA project and see if that helps.
