Hi Nina,

In regards to your question about DV and HDV in Project Settings, that simply refers to the default CAPTURE settings/device control if you want to capture via 1394 Firewire, and that can also be changed as needed later on in the capture interface. This has nothing to do with your sequence settings and has no effect on the video editing. You can disregard those settings.
