July 30, 2012 at 3:55 amLite only uses 1 GPU, no matter how many are in the system. This is made very clear in all of the Resolve literature. If you want to use more than 1 GPU, you need to buy a Resolve license.

July 31, 2012 at 11:53 amI did a job with Apple Color last week (clients mac pro 1,1) and made me want to cry… I can’t believe I used put myself through that on a daily basis. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there for a minute longer than they need to.
Oh, and thanks BMD – sometimes it’s easy to forget how far Resolve has come in a few years – I can’t wait for v9.

July 31, 2012 at 1:40 pmHarsh. Sure the speed and performance was a different league, but the color tools were/are quite powerful. I did quite a few projects on it and I will say the results were quite impressive.
It sure had some roundtrip workflow issues… but Resolve still has it’s share of workflow problems as well.
