Rendered Mpeg2 720p doesnt play on other system.

Dear John,

I dont have Vegas Pro 9. Only Vegas 7. Under SONY AVC/AAC i tried the templates (there are just 4 of them) All of them are aimed at QVGA and 320×240 pixels and so on. The bitrate panel only allows 1,400,000 bps which is quite low i think. What should i do ?

Upgrade to Vegas Pro 9.0. Vegas 7 is not going to do what you want. It just doesn’t have adequate MPEG4 support. Did you try using DivX?

At this point I would contact the presentation software company and ask them what they recommend to get smooth playback with their software at 720p.
