    I had the same problem. Long time ago. Somehow got rid of everything. Only thing that still bothers me is that at the start up of FCP and AE I still get this FXfactory window. Also I remember that there was an issue with FXfactory interfering with other stuff.

    The issue you are referring to has long been fixed and involved a clash with Log & Transfer.

    To uninstall FxFactory (should you wish to get rid of cutting edge FCP plugins 🙂 Download the installer, install and then uninstall from the menu in FxFactory.

    Thanks. Your suggestion works. Some other time I will take a new look at these plug ins. For now I’m glad I got rid of this window at the start up of AE and FCP.
