    Try it in Compressor
    or look at the apple training’s PAL demo footage (converted in compressor)

    29.97 does not evenly divide into 25
    It was explained to me that ever few seconds the difference between DF and NDF catches up and the software just say
    “I’ll use this again” — It is why I recommend the Nattress Filters for people that only need to do a couple of files.

    IT is also the reason I only have do this in the hardware I mentioned in an earlier post.

    I also have said this is not something us NTSC guys are can normally even see- it is unique to a less than accurate transcoding to PAL.
