I never got the hang of using Roles up to now; maybe now I will. Audio lanes looks useful.

The fact that you can now use Roles to create your mix with is a huge step forward.
Not the most perfect implementation by a long stretch because it only works in the context of a global compound clip but still very nice if you are finishing your audio inside FCP X.

Agreed. I use my MBP in clamshell mode with an external display and keyboard about 85% of the time so the touch bar doesn’t do much for me.
I like that it can drive two 5K displays. Sorry to lose magsafe though.
At least they kept the headphone jack! 😉

Ya know what would be even more amazing? If you could just touch and drag and stuff right on the screen! But I guess touchscreen technology just isn’t there yet.
