is there scaling in both chapters? or more scaling in chap 2 ?

DVDa 1 will copy the mpegs files and change the mpg extension to .VOB when it prepares the project – that should only take approx 4-6 min for a 1.8gig file .. if it is taking 15-30 min then it is re-rendering the mpeg …

Any other suggestions? Now the 2 minute tests that were once successfulng (same exact process/specs) are ALSO bad! I’m pulling my hairs out….
