October 24, 2008 at 11:27 pmI’ve found no less than 4 support sites for Sony all of which claim to have software for the EX1. And, of course, they all have different software! The Cow has better support for Sony products!! This is the ONLY site that has the Log and Transfer plug in. Bookmark it NOW!

October 26, 2008 at 3:18 pmHi,
I have the following problem:
When I import in FCP, and choose XDCAM, the XDCAM transfer window opens (I downloaded version 2.7.1 from the sony website). It shows the clips in the source folder, although it says ‘no image available’ for all of them. And I cannot import the clips, neither by pushing the import button (which is disabled) or by dragging.
What should I do? Thanks in advance for your insights.
Meike
