September 18, 2007 at 4:04 pmYes, Connie, that should be fast enough for ProResHQ. It sees to me you have a setting that is off somewhere and you just don’t know it.

September 18, 2007 at 4:17 pmThat’s what I thought, too – but after checking all of the settings many times with both AJA and Apple, they think it is a software glitch. Apple sent it to their development area and they are supposed to get back to me. I will let you know what they say.

September 18, 2007 at 4:43 pmWhat version of the drivers are installed and did you run the PCIe expansion slot config utility?

September 18, 2007 at 5:04 pmI used the latest drivers for the Kona 3 from AJA’s site – Version 4 – and ran the PCIe expansion slot config utility, trying the Kona 3 in both bay 3 and bay 4 – at the instructions of the people at AJA.
Thanks. Connie -

September 18, 2007 at 5:36 pmYep, you have it right.
Sorry to be so nit picky, but it’s the little things that can sometimes cause all the problems.
