There’s no way that I know how to. Jsut reply and type nm (no message) in the body.

Yes, Connie, that should be fast enough for ProResHQ. It sees to me you have a setting that is off somewhere and you just don’t know it.

That’s what I thought, too – but after checking all of the settings many times with both AJA and Apple, they think it is a software glitch. Apple sent it to their development area and they are supposed to get back to me. I will let you know what they say.

What version of the drivers are installed and did you run the PCIe expansion slot config utility?

I used the latest drivers for the Kona 3 from AJA’s site – Version 4 – and ran the PCIe expansion slot config utility, trying the Kona 3 in both bay 3 and bay 4 – at the instructions of the people at AJA.

Yep, you have it right.
Sorry to be so nit picky, but it’s the little things that can sometimes cause all the problems.
