premiere CS5 vs CS3 – why adobe did that to us ?

I hope that my post and/or bug report would help to find the bug.
Please chceck my problem and tell me what you get.

Since I (and many my friends) use Premiere rather to online than offline work that bug with sequences makes it (CS5) not usable.
