There was a problem with the Q function a few months ago, Curtis and Ron indicated it had been fixed. I was using it a few weeks ago but now it seems to have been busted again with my particular software setup: Safari2+, Tiger. curtis usually writes for maximum compatibility and minimum Microsoft Explorer exclusivity. I bet it gets fixed in a few more weeks. Be sure to visit the Forum forum and talk with the webheads who run the code.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”

I find this just as easy when “Q” doesn’t work–well not assssss fasssst but when you need to make a point.

    For italic text:
Less Than symbol+i+Greater Than symbol+YOUR COPY/PASTED CONTENT HERE+Less Than symbol+Forward Slash+i+Greater Than symbol (don’t include the Plus Signs)

    For bold text:
Less Than symbol+b+Greater Than symbol+YOUR COPY/PASTED CONTENT HERE+Less Than symbol+Forward Slash+b+Greater Than symbol (don’t include the Plus Signs)

Basically the Creativecow.net allows some basic HTML scripting tags within your post including HTML for links. I had to use verbal discriptions otherwise Bessie would have interpeted them as HTML code. Use the Preview Post button to see how your post will look with the tags before your post.

here, allow me to clarify what that looks like…

    For Italics…
    <i>Insert your italic text here</i>

    For Bold…
    <b>Insert your bold text here</b>

Behold, the power of the programmer! or, basically, anybody with enough time on their hands to memorize HTML code characters… 🙂
