We are very pleased with our 900—-very sharp picture with enough controls to allow you to adapt it to your needs. I think that Panasonic wasn’t far off when they called it the HD version of the SDX900. Feel free to ask any specific question you might have.

Just a quick story, but I was up in the artic circle two years ago and my Varicam F didn’t like it too much. Well, the high was -40. The video turned green after about 15 minutes exposed to that temp. But luckily, we weren’t on busy schedule and was able to shoot short spurts outside. I turned green too! I do remember blinking a bit and my eye froze shut. That’s cold!
