I didn’t mean to say Tom is at fault in anyway. He is a great guy and knows his stuff IF you can actually get to talk to him. That is no small feat to finallly get a phone call back from him. Almost as if you won the lottery. It is crazy Panasonic only has one Tom for all the Varicams on the west coast. They need to hire/train more Toms.
