Those fees have been there all along, that’s why it’s so expensive to have BluRays commercially replicated. That’s why we self-publish all our BluRay discs right now. Purchasing all the equipment and software was less than the licensing fees for just one title.
Well, that’s not counting all the money we lost due to Encore’s failings, but I’ve already covered that enough times.

poor position of words on my part.
I meant that they lost BetaMAX and a big contribututor was over the top licensing,
then they do it AGAIN on a format they want to become mainstream. not too bright there.
