OT: iPad Output?

The screen grab is built into the iPad/iPhone. Just hold down the Power button and Home button at the same time.

Flash is going out fast. But if you need a flash version of a video, just upload it to youtube. Then use Keepvid to download from youtube. It will give you several different formats and resolutions, depending on the resolution you up loaded to choose from. Flash and MP4 are in the list.
