[Tom Sefton] “Exactly the same, Mac Pro 2013 6 core, 64GB d700s. Media is all stored on a fast thunderbolt 2 raid”

Installed FCPX 10.4.3 on a work computer with same specs as my home system.
Did not get the Optical Flow issues.
Mounted the drive at home again and issues still persist.
I think its time to re-install OS and apps on this.
I’ve never had issues with this computer so crossing fingers.

How about trying a new user first, just to see if that helps?

[Jeremy Garchow] “How about trying a new user first, just to see if that helps?”

Gave it a shot and still no go.
After testing this on a few different types of Macs I am sure it’s my computer at fault.
As well as some corrupt files since it did occur at clients when other drives are connected.
I got this project down to one drive so no need to worry about that.
I’ll just finish it on another system.

I posted on “DOA PROJECT” my conclusion.
It turns out it was a stupid TRANSITION called FLOW.
Removed it and now all is good.
