This is entirely screen captures? Don’t use H,264 for output from Camtasia. That’s a delivery format, not a production format. I’d suggest outputting from Camtasia in the size you want to work in using Photo-JPEG. Set teh frame rate to 29.97fps. Make a sequence preset in FCP that matches the size of the image you’re exporting, with Photo-JPEG as the compressor and the frame rate at 29.97. Set field order to none.
