Octo Cores announced on the Apple Site

Absolutely the right frame of mind. Like I said before, I think it’s better to wait for Leopard and the new FCP to be shipping before making the switch.

Of course, this will be interesting. Leopard is not out yet, but it has been shown publicly, so I have to believe that all the Apple workstations will be running Leopard at the show.

We seem to have the same problem here, though I’m starting to think, the slowdown happened about the same time we installed a Nintendo Wii in the shop……….
