Not Found render error

Was having same issue and discovered an audio dissolve in place of video dissolve. Don’t know why or how it placed it on the video track but deleted, replaced and rendered with no problem.

Suddenly my project is giving me a Not Found error msg. when i hit render all. It’s starts to render shows the progress bar then flashes the msg. What’s up with that? I’m workin’ on a dual 3GHz quad core with 6 gigs of memory. FCP6

btw. i’m able to export the file just fine… just won’t pay on the timeline
