New SDHC Express card adaptor on the way

If you go to the Sandisk site and try to buy it, it tells you it’s not in the store and they don’t let you preorder it and no one else has it yet.

I guess at twice the price it’s not really important to use the 32GB SDHC over two 16GB for now anyway.

Thanks for the info, Craig. I ordered two of the new SDHC adapters. I thought I saw information on one of the forums that the EX1 needs the firmware upgrade (1.11?) to use the SDHC cards. Can you confirm this?

I just order a pair of the MxR Express Card readers. Looks like for the near term I can maintain a bit of extra storage and back up before moving to an archive.

EX1 MUST have 1.11 to use SDHC. I’ve been waiting for Sony to do my upgrade and sundry other things over 2 weeks now.
