Just an FYI next time you need a new video card, for Premiere you get a lot more bang for less buck with a GTX-series gaming card rather than Quadro. Premiere is all about CUDA cores, and GTX cards have tons of them on a budget, like one-third the cost of Quadro. Think GTX 1060 or 1070 for instance.
