OK, got you.

When you get a chance to look at the effect, you’ll see that this is what I’ve done. The outer circle of the OSC is the exact shape of the mask (well, not exact when it’s a rectangle shape obviously but totally exact when it’s a circle), so I think that sort of gives the result you’re looking for.

Is there a link to your blur filter or is it something you made for yourself?
