Need easy offline editing workflow

Mark, are you going to switch to Apple Prores Proxy for your offlines? I ask because the company I work for shoots too much as well.

No plans to switch at this time. We recently added storage and now some of our shows can go “full rez”, but most of them still can’t sustain the storage or the bandwidth required to work in full rez.

Our aquisition format is Sony’s XDCAM HD discs and this file based workflow makes the uprez process about as painless as possible.
