.mov going out of sync

Hey Jeremy,
I sent the offending file to Compressor out out FCP and it plays back in QT fine. When i copy the QT movie to a flash drive and attempt to play it back (in QT), it stutters, stops and goes haywire. Any thoughts?

What kind of flash drive? Perhaps it’s not fast enough for ProRes.
